EDIT: I HAD TO TAKE DOWN THE TUTORIALS SINCE THEY WERE BEING DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, FOR PROFIT. I MAY COMPILE THEM LATER TO BE A PDF FILE FOR DOWNLOAD. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
For today's flower, we are doing the Pansy. I love these flowers. They are one of only a handful of flowers that grow blue naturaly. And so, I turn once again to my trusty Cricut to cut out the shapes needed for this flower. They are in the Flower Shoppe Cartridge, but if you have Art Philosophy or Mother's Day Bouquet, There are similar ones.
And here is the finished flower!
Thanks for looking!

Love you flowers, especially the tulip. Just curious, could you use the flower forming sponge that you use with gum paste? I think it might work.
ReplyDeleteYes! That is exactly the foam and sponge I used. I had extra ones and thought they could come in handy. The ones I use are from WILTON.
DeleteAnother fantastic flower. Will definetly try my hand at these once I am caught up with my other projects and swaps.
ReplyDeleteLOVE pansies, yours are so lifelike, like blues, purples. I'm your newest follower, entering your giveaway.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Pansies are such a friendly flower with their cute little faces. Love the coloring.
